Informational websiteWebsite content explains MoonSignal’s intended product and services. It is not a guarantee that every feature or connection is available for every account, plan, country, platform, or business category.
No performance guaranteeAdvertising outcomes depend on factors outside MoonSignal’s control, including the offer, market, budget, creative, website, inventory, follow-up, sales process, platform policy, and economic conditions.
Client approvalsThe client remains responsible for reviewing business claims, creative, targeting, budgets, offers, legal requirements, and final approval before advertising is published.
Platform relationshipsMeta, Google, Shopify, Klaviyo, Claude, Anthropic, Higgsfield, and other named services are owned by their respective companies. Unless explicitly stated in writing, references do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Acceptable useDo not use the site or services to violate law, platform policy, third-party rights, account permissions, privacy obligations, or advertising restrictions.
Intellectual propertyMoonSignal branding, original website materials, workflows, and private playbook content remain protected. Client-owned brands and assets remain subject to the applicable client agreement.
Changes and availabilityWebsite content, availability, pricing, and features may change. Material terms for a paid installation are those disclosed and accepted at purchase or in the signed agreement.
