This page describes the MoonSignal marketing website and inquiry process. A client’s connected advertising workspace is also governed by the signed service agreement and platform permissions established during setup.

Information you provideContact details, website, business information, call notes, and anything you choose to include when booking, texting, emailing, or completing an onboarding form.
Website and advertising dataThe site may use analytics and advertising measurement tools, including Google tags, that collect device, browser, page, and conversion-event information under their own policies and your browser choices.
SchedulingAppointment booking is provided through Cal.com. Information entered in the scheduling interface is processed by that service and used to arrange the requested meeting.
How information is usedTo respond to inquiries, prepare demonstrations or proposals, provide requested services, maintain security, understand site performance, and satisfy legal or contractual obligations.
Connected client accountsAdvertising and commerce access is granted through the relevant platform authorization flow. Credentials should not be pasted into public forms or ordinary chat messages.
SharingInformation may be processed by service providers needed to host the site, schedule calls, communicate, measure conversions, and deliver contracted services. MoonSignal does not claim to sell personal information.
Retention and choicesInformation is retained as needed for the purpose collected, security, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information by emailing [email protected], subject to applicable requirements.
