No. Advertising spend is paid directly to Meta and Google and remains under your own account and spending limits.
No. MoonSignal pricing is not increased because the platforms spend more of your money.
No. MoonSignal Care is optional. It adds ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, updates, and human help after installation. You can keep using your installed system without it and cancel Care anytime.
No. Care maintains the system and gives you human help. The AI operator still does the day-to-day strategy, campaign work, and analysis through chat. Any separate done-for-you management would be scoped on its own.
We identify that before payment. Additional stores, business units, tracking rebuilds, or specialized integrations are scoped clearly rather than added as a surprise.
