Will my callers know it's AI?
Most won't notice. MoonLine uses natural pacing, fillers, and conversational pauses. If a caller asks directly. "is this a real person?". it answers honestly. We don't try to fool anyone; we just handle the call competently.
What happens if it can't handle something?
It transfers to your cell, takes a message, or schedules a callback. whichever you set as the fallback. We test 50+ edge cases during setup so handoffs are rare. When they happen, you get a text with the full transcript so you can call back informed.
Do I need to keep my number?
No, but most people do. Three options: (1) keep your line and forward it to us in 60 seconds, (2) port your number to us. we handle the carrier paperwork, (3) get a new DFW number same-day. All three sound identical to your callers.
