I have a website but I didn't build it. Can you still install this?
Yes. most of our clients didn't build their site. Send us your hosting login or your web person's email, we handle the install. Most setups take 10 minutes from our side. You don't need to know what a "script tag" is.
What if it gets a question wrong?
It's allowed to say "I don't know. let me get someone." Then it captures the visitor's contact info and texts you with the question. We monitor every chat for the first 30 days and tune what's missing. After that, you'll see a weekly "edge cases" report.
Will it sound like a generic chatbot?
It shouldn't. We train it on your specific tone. formal, friendly, regional, whatever fits. We also give the bot a name, a face, and a personality during setup. Most visitors think it's the office manager working late.
Can I see what people are asking?
Yes. Every chat is logged. You get a daily morning text with the top 3 questions and the day's leads. There's also a clean dashboard, but most owners just read the texts.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. and it's tuned for thumbs. Bigger tap targets, smarter input behavior, doesn't cover the page when collapsed. About 70% of conversations happen on phones.
What if a visitor wants a real human?
If they ask, the bot says so and either: (1) collects their info and texts you, (2) connects them to a phone call via MoonLine, or (3) routes them to your live chat tool if you already have one. You set the rules during onboarding.
